The cry of a wounded father from the heart of Gaza
I am a father of four young girls… who used to laugh and play, and today they face hunger and fear under the bombardment, without shelter or food to satisfy their hunger.
I was injured in the war, and I can no longer work or provide the bare minimum for a decent life for my children. All I want is to save my daughters, to get them out of this hell, to give them a chance at life… nothing more.
We have launched a donation campaign to try to provide them with food, medicine, and a way out of Gaza.
As a father, I appeal to you… to extend a hand of mercy. Every donation, every contribution, could mean a life.

100 NOK is 9,43 USD the 19th of April 2025. (I am new to this platform, but it seems that donors can chose what currency to donate).
As we all know there is no food coming across the borders now, so the food availible is extremely expensive. Food is necessary.
The girls has their parents with them, but the father is injured as he was at home getting important papers when it was bombed. He was in hospital for a month in 2023 and has struggled to keep his girls safe through this. He has lived for the girls and has been able to save them through many displacements. Just recently they had to change their location one more time. It is extremely hard for them all. What lays ahead is unknown. The hope is to start a new life somewhere else.
The picture on the front page was taken in 2023. Since then the girls has been through a lot, but also grown quit a bit!
Help me help this family! No contribution is too small!
Update: There has been a first transfer from the donations here. This has made it possible for the family to get some canned food, some vegetables, two cheese and cooking oil. They dream of getting some bread! It has been a really long time since last time…
